		<description>I know it seems appropriate to impose tariffs ... But I might argue that the real problem lies in that if tariffs are imposed ..China can do a myriad of other things to us ..to put us in the penalty box.  Sell off the $1trillion in reserve currency.. pummeling the US dollar 20-30 % over night ...which would cause a sharp incline on anything we import.  Sounds great for your argument right ..then we just make it at home.. well not so easy when the industries we outsourced in the name of efficiency does not even exist here anymore.  And there would be tremendous pain felt by the majority.. that rely on the inexpensive goods..</description>
